Shipping Within Australia

Shipping charges are based on the total order value and weight:

  • Orders up to $50 (weighing up to 25 kg): $4.95 (incl. GST)
  • Orders over $50 (weighing up to 25 kg): Flat rate of $9.95 (incl. GST)

These rates apply to deliveries anywhere in Australia, including residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes.

Palletised freight is quoted separately and charged according to destination and shipment requirements.

Shipping Within New Zealand

Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and apply to orders weighing up to 25 kg.

  • Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier-Hastings, Dunedin, and Palmerston North: NZ$30.00 (incl. GST)
  • All other cities and rural areas: NZ$40.00 (incl. GST)

These rates apply to deliveries to residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes.

For deliveries to New Zealand, we use:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched within 24 business hours.

All orders are sent via a tracked courier service. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times are:

Australia

  • Local deliveries: 1 business day
  • Major cities (interstate): 3–5 business days
  • Regional and rural areas: Additional delivery time may apply

New Zealand

  • Major cities: 3–5 business days
  • Regional and rural areas: 5–7 business days (or longer depending on location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Restrictions

iWorld Australia currently ships to Australia and New Zealand only.

Our Distribution Centre does not dispatch orders on the following public holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • New Year's Holiday
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • ANZAC Day
  • King's Birthday
  • Labour Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
  • Boxing Day Holiday

Orders placed after 12:00 pm (AEST/AEDT) on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.
