Within Australia

Shipping is $4.95 (incl. GST) for orders up to $50 and weighing up to 25kg. Orders over $50, up to 25kg, incur a flat rate of $9.95 (incl. GST), delivered anywhere in Australia.

Palletised freight will be quoted separately and charged accordingly. These rates apply to deliveries to residential or business addresses, as well as PO boxes.

Within New Zealand

$30.00 inc/GST for capital cities in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier-Hastings, Dunedin, Palmerston North up to 25Kg. We charge $40 for all our cities and rural areas of New Zealand up to 25kg’s. This is for all deliveries to your home or business address or post office box.

Shipping Method 

We use Australia Post, Startrack Express, Couriers Please, Aramex Australia and Team Global Express within Australia and in New Zealand we use Australia Post International and Team Global Express to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. 

Shipping Times 

Most orders are dispatched with 24 hrs of the business day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner and a signature will be required on delivery.

Standard Australian delivery is 1 business day for local deliveries and 3-5 for all other states in Australia to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries. Standard New Zealand delivery is 3-5 business day for local deliveries and 5-7 for all other major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries

Restrictions 

iWorld Australia’s store offers delivery within Australia and New Zealand only. Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre on the following holidays

Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
